BBBS Motorsports was founded in October of 2009 following the folding of the Pure Football League's (PFL) PC Madden league. The league was forced to transition to PS3 due to the discontinuation of the Madden series for the PC. BBBS Motorsports owner/driver Joshua Biddle, at the young age of 16, was one of 12 original PFL members dating back to the league's formation in 2002 and was the league's youngest member for many seasons. Still, despite this fact and his early struggles as head coach of the Delaware Hamsters, Biddle ended his career with a winning record and one PFL Bowl ring.
Following the folding of the PFL's PC segment, Biddle began searching for other avenues to quench his thirst for fun, intense, challenging competition. NASCAR seemed like a logical place to turn due to Biddle's relatively new passion for the sport, and ultimately resulted in the formation of BBBS Motorsports.
The mission of BBBS Motorsports, Inc. is not only to become a successful organization, but to become a premier organization in all realms of the sim racing world that we enter. The main focus of the organization is to deliver an enjoyable experience to all of the team's drivers and deliver positive results to the team's shareholders.
Ownership/Corporate Structure
BBBS Motorsports is named after the four founding owners of the team: Joshua Biddle, Keith Bleeker, Christopher Bostic, and Joseph Staab, Jr. The four namesakes of the company each originally owned 25%; however, in 2010, 12.5% of Biddle's 25% was divided amongst drivers Danny Gutierrez and Braxton Pearce.
In recent years, BBBS Motorsports was rolled into BBBS Enterprises - the holding company that owns all of BBBS's simulated sporting interests - which was formed once BBBS began expanding into other simulated sports. BBBS Motorsports is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of BBBS Enterprises; the owners' stakes now pertain to ownership of BBBS Enterprises.
