Keith Bleeker - Owner & Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Keith Bleeker is a part-owner and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BBBS Motorsports. Bleeker and Biddle have been best friends since 2000 and Bleeker has played an integral part of Biddle's coaching success, serving as Defensive Coordinator during his entire coaching tenure in the PFL - including the PFL Bowl 23 victory. Bleeker shared Biddle's defensive philosophy of a stifling defense through the use of big, imposing cornerbacks and tenacious speed rushers off of the edge. The defensive philosophy implemented was conservative in nature, relying on a strong defensive line to generate a pass rush while linebackers and safeties could be free to drop back into coverage. His defensive teams consistently ranked high in fewest points allowed, sacks, interceptions, and defensive touchdowns.
Christopher Bostic - Owner & Chief Operations Officer

Christopher Bostic is a part-owner and Chief Operations Officer of BBBS Motorsports. Bostic and Biddle have been best friends since 1994, though the two lost touch from 2004-2007 before reconnecting in the summer of 2007. Bostic served as Special Teams Coordinator during the latter years of Biddle's coaching career, including the PFL Bowl 23 victory. Bostic's special teams were a major reason Biddle's Los Angeles Cowboys were able to win the championship, as the team advanced to the PFL Bowl in a one touchdown victory over the New York Thunderbears in the conference championship game after KR Jeremy Bloom returned a kickoff 99+ yards for the game-winning touchdown with less than two minutes remaining in the game.
Joseph Staab, Jr. - Owner & Chief Financial Officer

Joseph "Joe" Staab, Jr. is a part-owner and Chief Financial Officer of BBBS Motorsports. Staab and Biddle met in 2004 after unexpectedly being paired as roommates during their freshman year at the University of Delaware. Staab notoriously ridiculed Biddle for his intense draft preperation, but little did he know, he would end up in a PFL team's front office. He served as Team Vice-President of Football Operations, Chief Accountant, and Salary Cap Guru for Biddle's teams from 2005 on and was a front office member when the Los Angeles Cowboys won PFL Bowl 23.
